We are a small, ethical Shiba Inu breeder & exhibitor located in beautiful Brisbane, Australia. We have been involved in the Pedigree Dog World since 1997 & the Shiba Inu breed since 2010.
Although we enjoy great success in the show rings, our Shiba are our companions first, usually found making themselves comfortable on our couches & beds. Their health & happiness is of the utmost importance to us.
We are not a "Kennel Facility" and as such do not keep a large number of dogs at our home. We breed with the intent of producing our next show prospect, additional puppies are then made available to only the best of homes.
Objective
We breed selectively from dogs whom have passed their health tests & that we feel complement one another's virtues & shortcomings, in accordance with the FCI/Dogs Australia Breed Standard & with high regard to the NIPPO Breed Standard. With these goals in mind, we work with breeders who share our values to do our best for the love and preservation of our breed.
We have imported new (to Australia) lines from Japan, USA & New Zealand in our quest to present Shiba of exceptional breed type & of sound body & mind.
We have undertaken trips to Japan (NIPPO Grand National 2017) & USA (National Shiba Club of America - National Specialty 2015, 2016, 2019 & 2023) to absorb any and all information offered.
